An educational programme that integrates songs and creative writing in the teaching of Greek as a second/foreign language to children.
Following the announcement of the educational programme “A Play for You… A Play from You” for teenagers and adults, the Greek Language Institute is now launching a new programme for children aged 8–10, titled “The Letter-Heroes Interact with Children.” The programme uses songs and creative writing as tools for teaching Greek as a second/foreign language.
The programme aims to introduce the Letter-Heroes (Neohel Publications) to children through songs and to inspire them to write stories or dialogues shaped by the characters’ traits.
The children’s stories and creations will be published in a special digital volume, which will be released in celebration of Greek Language Day on 9 February 2026. The three most original stories will receive SURPRISE GIFTS!
